TUI Chief Executive, Peter Long, painted an optimistic picture of the travel industry for 2011 and beyond. Although Mr. Long stated that Brits are cutting their holidays down from two weeks to 11 days, he said that most Britain's feel that their annual holiday is not something that they are prepared to sacrifice.
Mr. Long also went on to say that the strong Euro means that prices in European destinations remain high and that because of this, TUI have seen a grown in the number of people who are choosing an all inclusive holiday in order to help them manage their budget and in resort spending.
