It is interesting to see that Karren Brady the vice-chairman of West Ham and advisor to Lord Alan Sugar on 'The Apprentice' quotes a holiday in Mauritius as one of her most extravagant purchases. Karren, who is clearly an impressive business woman (she was Managing Director of Birmingham City FC at the age of 23 and has reduced West Ham's debt by £26m since joining them a year ago) said she had 'just returned from a lovely holiday in Mauritius and liked going anywhere that's warm and quiet and has good food'.
Sadly, we can confirm that she did not book the holiday with Alihoco...
