Price or Punctuality?

Recent research from has revealed that Jet2 is the least punctual airline.  The research showed that the average delay on flights operated by Jet2 from airports in the UK was 35 minutes and that 15% of flights were more than one hour late.  In contrast to this the best performing airline was revealed to be BMI Regional with an average delay of only 7 minutes and with nearly 89% of its flights departing within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time.

This information begs the question as to what is important to you when you book a flight or a holiday.  Does price outweigh the importance of punctuality or are you happy to pay more if you are guaranteed a flight that departs on time?
